Refund

Standard Cycle: Refunds for online transactions are typically processed and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days, as per standard Indian payment gateway cycles.

Processing Fees: Please note that convenience fees or payment processing charges levied by the gateway/booking engine at the time of booking are typically non-refundable.

Partner Terms: Cancellations of bookings made via the integrated booking engine are also subject to the technology partner's transaction terms.


Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the hotel.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a 10% processing fee.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the first night's stay.

Last Minute: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or "No Shows" will result in a 100% charge of the first night's booking.

Refund:
We understand that travel plans can change, so Khairi Resort offers a variety of cancellation options to suit your needs. Please review the details below to ensure you understand our policy.

Fully Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 14 days before check-in and receive a full refund. (5% transfer charges will be deducted)

Partial Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 7 days before check-in and receive a partial up to 60% refund.

No show – Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling will be charged the full amount of the advance.

Special Circumstances - We recognize emergencies and unforeseen events can happen. In such cases, please contact our reservations team directly. We'll change your booking dates as per your suitability unto 1 year.

If the guest cancels the booking and agree to take the voucher then the guest will receive the voucher of the full amount for the upcoming stays.
