Delivery Timeframe

After a successful payment and signup, our nutrition experts begin crafting your personalized meal plan. Your plan will be prepared and made available on your dashboard within 12-24 hours.

How to Access Your Plan

Once your meal plan is ready, you can access it by following these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.

Navigate to My Order Menu go to your personal Dashboard.

Your 30-day meal plan, daily nutrition goals, and other relevant information will be displayed there.
